Maintenance AI collects information you choose to submit through the assessment and pilot workflow, including business contact information, company information, maintenance-process responses, and—only for approved pilot users—maintenance data files.

We use this information to provide assessments, evaluate pilot fit, communicate about requested services, operate the product, improve its reliability, and maintain security and audit records.

Public assessment submissions are stored in the application database. Pilot maintenance files are processed in memory for the current analysis and are not intentionally written to persistent application storage by the upload workflow. Derived outputs such as generated reports and analysis workbooks may be stored in the application environment so an approved pilot user can download the deliverables.

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, credentials, payment-card data, personal-health information, or other restricted information. Only upload maintenance data that your organization has approved for the pilot.

Reasonable technical controls reduce risk but do not make any internet service risk-free. Pilot customers should use sanitized data and their own internal approval process.
