Public descriptions of MaintenanceAI methodology explain the operating philosophy at a high level. They do not disclose or grant rights in non-public implementation details.
MaintenanceAI reserves all rights in information that qualifies for trade-secret or confidential treatment, including non-public technical, commercial, operational, and methodological know-how. Publication of selected high-level concepts does not waive confidentiality or trade-secret protection in information that remains non-public.
MaintenanceAI is used as the product and service name for the MaintenanceAI platform and related services. Nothing on this site represents that a federal trademark registration has been issued for the name or logo.
Except as expressly authorized, use of MaintenanceAI branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or source is not permitted.
Access to the website, software, demonstrations, sample outputs, reports, or documentation does not grant a license to copy, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, disclose, reverse engineer, systematically extract, or create competing derivative implementations from proprietary MaintenanceAI materials except as expressly permitted by a written agreement or applicable law.
Customers retain ownership of Customer Data and Customer-specific factual information as provided in the applicable Terms and Customer Agreement. MaintenanceAI's ownership of its software, methods, workflows, templates, systems, and know-how does not transfer ownership of Customer Data to MaintenanceAI.
MaintenanceAI maintains version history, human domain-method records, design-decision records, authorship logs, invention-disclosure records, code ownership, release attestations, and cryptographic provenance records to document the development and release history of the product.
Generated customer deliverables may include embedded author and methodology metadata, a methodology identifier, artifact hashes, and a provenance record showing the analysis mode and whether a specific personal review is claimed.
